I’ve bought these in the past and are great

I got a really nice bamboo fountain pen for my birthday. It didn't come with any ink, so I went to the store and bought some.*They leaked everywhere and I though t that my pen was faulty. I spoke with the company and they asked what cartridges I had purchased. It turns out, I bought the wrong ones! They said universal size so I figured I was all set. It turns out that universal size is not really a thing.*Anyway, the nice lady recommended that I bought the Monaggio cartridges (it is a Monaggio pen -I took some pics, I like it so much) as they definitely fit. And they do! Now my pen writes beautifully, doesn't leak, doesn't even smudge!*Great ink for a great pen! Thank you Monaggio!

This is a nice black that flows well through the nib to the paper. It is not instant drying ink and can smear if your hand brushes across it. These Ink Cartridges are of the International type and will fit a large number of currently produced pens. These will not fit some brands such as Pilot and Platinum.

The ink just seeps out too quickly while writing. It has a descent feel but the ink bleeds through if you write to slowly and gets very blotchy when writing fast to avoid the bleeding.

Ink flows smoothly. Works as advertised.

Hard to get cartridge open

I purchased these MONAGGIO branded ink cartridges for the MONAGGIO branded bamboo fountain pain. The ink cartridges do not fit. They do not fit snug into the writing unit. The cartridge will not stay on. If I turn it upside down, the cartridge comes right off with literally no force applied other than gravity. The piston converter included with the pen does fit snug to the writing unit and does not fall out.
