Q: Does this fit in kids lunchbox?

It’s a big bigger than the bentgo we have but still fits in my son’s lunchbox.

Q: Does the top stay attached ?

No. It has 4 side snaps to close the lid. Top doesn’t stay attached when you open.

Q: Does this keep food warm? Looking to use it for kids lunches

No it does Not keep warm. And it is very hard for kids to use. I don’t recommend it at all. The lid is too tight and doesn’t close properly.
