Tasty for duck
I made an aromatic crispy duck and these peppercorns did the trick. Nice taste with a little kick, they are quite expensive for peppercorns though. The best before date was nov 22 on my bag bought in March so not too bad

Didn't like the flavour
I used these in a recipe but we didn't like the flavour so have reverted back to black pepper. I also thought they were a bit pricey.

Fantastic - what a difference to authentic Chinese coodking efforts.
Wow, never tried this before. What a wonderful taste and aroma. Use sparingly I would say though as very strong.
