I used 2 of these… both work great. One is attached to my easel, while the other one lights my palette.

Desires No Stars
Two days ago received the first easel light. I thought it was a great concept and figure for the $$ it would be a reliable and well constructed light. After a full charge (all blue lights lite), the lamp would not turn on--dead on arrive. Returned it for a replacement. Second light is showing fully charged and zippo lights. Not working. Terrible product. Good concept--terrible engineering. Look elsewhere--likely cheaper price as well.

Exactly What I Needed
I received the item earlier than anticipated, and it arrived in great condition with secure packaging. Initially, I had difficulty getting it to light up, but after pushing the light further into the base, it worked perfectly. It's ideal for my night-time practice sessions. I haven't tested the battery life yet, but I'm hopeful that it will last for 4hrs as how it's advertised.

Too heavy to hang over paintings in progress.
This is much too heavy for stability. Since it needs to light paintings on my easel, it is useless.
