I love this tablet, works intuitively, the pencil is great. Whole thing is quite heavy.

Excellent, cannot fault

Samsung support Dex mode on this tablet, which effectively makes it into the nearest thing you can get to a laptop without buying a laptop. I never switch out of Dex mode.The big problem with Android tablets is the obnovious Android apps written by mean programmers who can't be bothered to make them tablet-compatible. A fair number of essential apps only work in full-screen portrait mode. Ordinarily, that means a tablet sitting on a desk in landscape mode has to be picked up and manhandled to use it for such apps.Well Samsung invented Dex to fix that problem. Turn on Dex mode and go into the options in the Settings app where you can tell it to force obnoxious apps to behave nicely. You can then get your apps to work as resizable pop-ups in landscape mode, or move them to either the left or right half of the screen. Dex typically remembers sizes and locations of popups for when you bring them to the foreground again. Also it lets you pin apps that you want to always be on top.I had a cheaper tablet that tried to provide some of these features, but Dex, only from Samsung, is the best, and now I have it, I won't live without it.Beyond that, this tablet has a fingerprint reader (a very good and quick one), which I find to be absolutely essential, in fact a few apps (typically ones expecting to be on a phone) won't install on a device that doesn't have one.And if any review every tells you that the S9 FE is slow, they are SO WRONG, it is fast enough for everything I have thrown at it. (OK, I am a grown-up, I don't spend my life playing games on it. So I can't vouch for game-playing on it, but it is superb for YouTube, Netflix, Outlook, Word, Excel, Just Eat, etc etc etc.)Yes it's not cheap. But you sure as hell get your money's worth. Beautiful screen. Robust construction. Buy it a decent case!!!If you have a Samsung phone, you can access your phone calls and SMS texts from the tablet, which is super-convenient.Oh and I nearly forgot (as I don't do much handwriting or drawing) that it has a very good pen which magnetically clips into a channel on the rear. For many, that (and the associated app Samsung Notes) is no doubt a big selling feature. As you will realise, what matters more to me is Dex, and the interworking with a phone. Each to his own.

The aluminium body feels very premium and sturdy at its mid-range price point. The tablet is very thing at just 6.5mm and light enough for extend use without discomfort. One of its great features is the IP68 water and dust resistance. When you’re buying the tab s9fe it comes with a variety of colours adding a great touch of personalization.The 10.9-inch LCD display on the tab s9 FE is sharp and vibrant offering excellent clarity for watching video or films. The only downside is that it lacks the Samsung AMOLED panel for that deep black contrast at night. The 90Hz display add a layer of great smoothness to your scrolling and gaming feel.In the body of the Samsung s9 FE its powered by the Exynos 1380 processor which is paired with 8gb of ram. This is great for handling multitasking with ease or when you’re switching between apps or even attending virtual meeting. It’s not a powerhouse for demanding 3D games it more capable for handling casual gaming and basic daily apps.The tablet also comes with an S-Pen which is also a great touch. It’s very responsive and with minimal latency making it ideal for note taking, sketching, or annoying documents.The galaxy tab s9 FE offers an amazing battery with a capacity up to 8,000mAh! It delivers very impressive battery lifetime you can expect up to 10-12 hours of mixed usage weather its streaming, gaming, or browsing. When it comes to charging the tablet can support up to 45w fast charging with is sold separately.The camera on the s9 FE is an 8MP rear camera and a 12MP ultrawide front camera. In my opinion it’s not made for professional photography. If you want to take pictures outside with the tablet at night, it might come out a bit grainy.Overall, the tablet is a great investment, but it come with a few drawbacks.The LCD display which is good does not match the vibrancy AMOLED panels.The lack of a bundle fast charger might be frustrating for some.Performance is very adequate for most task, but power user might find it lacking for heavy duty gaming or video editing.
