Channel Manufacturing 425AP Bun Pan Rack

This is exactly the rack I wanted and I will repurchase it but the quality control is questionable.1. The item was not new in box. Someone had clearly written UPS on the bars of the rack suggesting this particular unit had been received and rejected by a previous purchaser.2. The unit had multiple abrasions on the posts that were more than cosmetic. They were grooved scratches in the aluminum itself in numerous locations. No damage to the outer packaging, so it was placed in the box this way.3. The aluminum welds in some places are quite crude.4. While I might have been willing to overlook these defects, the real kicker was the fact that I couldn't get the casters to install into 3 of the 4 square holes on the bottom of the rack. One was blocked with aluminum solder and two others were not square so the square end of the caster was unable to pass through these openings.

Rack is poorly fabricated. The welds are sloppy and corners were overheated during welding, mishaping them. The casters, though good quality, will not fit due to excess beads of aluminum weld. The holes for hardware were also not filed down, and subsequently very sharp. For the price, I do not recommend.
