We recently purchased this product for an event at home and were genuinely impressed with its high-quality pipes and base. Once set up, it was sturdy and supported a significant amount of weight without any issues. The assembly process was straightforward, and adjusting the length and width was effortless. The extension provided multiple backdrop options, enhancing the professional appearance of our decorations. Our guests were impressed with the setup. Pleased with the quality of the product and service, and would highly recommend it to anyone organizing events or photo setups. It is an excellent product!

Only leaving one star because it won’t let me leave lower…I did not use the item as I had originally bought it to use for my wedding, upon set up to measure out how I wanted the curtain/ drapes to look, the release button on the side would not give, on one of the sides. Their solution was return it. Which I tried to do only to find out that the cost to return was close to $250. When I reached out again all they said was that the return was not covered bc the package had been already “used” . For reference I am well with in the return timeframe. Now I am stuck with an item that does not work.

This arch is really sturdy I extended it out all the way i also love the heavy plates doesn't move at all, very good quality I do recommend this arch.

This item does not come with a travel bag and once the product arrived and I had the opportunity to see its actual size, I was concerned with being able to easily travel with the product. I considered my options and returning the product was one of them and that’s when I learned that Amazon nor the seller provides a “free” return option or method. It’s an expensive product and customers should not have to foot the cost of a return. Period!! Consumers be aware!! If you have any reservations or belief that might need to return the item!!!! I caution you about purchasing this very large very heavy item.
