I had a problem with my 1st monitor I ordered from Sansui, they immediately responded and offered some solutions. When that did not work, they immediately got me out a replacement monitor and it works GREAT, super clear display, very customizable, quick mount system, cannot be happier!! I just replaced my work monitor with another one of their monitors and it looks and works great also. They stand behind their product and it is a very good product.

Great gaming monitor and great price. I bought it as a Christmas present for my son and he had no problem getting it all set up by himself. The size is perfect for gaming and schoolwork.

The image quality is nice and all when watching videos and looking at images but if you plan on doing any sort of gaming I would not recommend this monitor. The ghosting on this monitor is terrible. Playing any sort of FPS game will be a nightmare. The ghosting was even noticeable while I was scrolling up and down Google searching for a fix. I've tried changing a bunch of settings in the monitor's user interface but nothing fixes the issue. So if you want a monitor to play any sort of competitive game, do not get this one. But, if you just want to play more casual games then this will do just fine. UPDATE: Sansui reached out to me and offered to send me a monitor of my choice for free. I picked their 200Hz 1080p 27in Curved monitor and so far my experience with this new monitor has been great. There is no ghosting issue on this monitor and it's very good quality. As for the 160Hz monitor, I don't know if the ghosting issue was a specific issue on my unit or if it's an issues for all of the 160Hz curved monitors but the fact that Sansui offered to provide me a new monitor for free was definitely nice. I'm raising my rating from 2 to 4 stars purely because of the customer service. While the new monitor (200Hz) I received works very well and has no issues, I cannot guarantee that the ghosting issue on the 160 Hz monitor was specific to only me.

Update: Seller warrantied the monitor. New monitor does not have the problems of the old. For the price, and panel type, this is a good gaming. Manufacturer stands by their product and warranty! Picture is very clear, if still. Any movement has bad ghosting and pixelation. Scrolling text gives the same ghosting with a red/yellow tint to the text. Monitor is cheap and your get what you paid for!

This was a Christmas gift for my gamer son, and he absolutely loves it. For a little over $100 it's great!!!!! Great picture/settings are easy. Great gaming monitor. No sound though!!!! Easy speaker set up however!!!!
