Great elbow pad
Comfortable, breathable (as far as pads go), and all around a great pad. Only downside is that size runs a bit small. Thankfully, I have a teammate who has a pair and I knew about that, so no issues for me. Definitely recommend!

If you have big t rex arms these are not comfortable
There is definitely alotnof padding, they also move well. Only problem is i have a meat head build. The measurements around the arms is a size large but for lenths i would need the small or medium, but those would be crazy tight.

These are the best arm pads I've worn. The hand guards are great, the fit is great, Exalt really killed these.
