This is a soft, cloth/fabric headband, IT HAS NO PLASTIC INSERT, you will receive a FOLDED headband in your package One size fits most. Measures (approx.): 20" by 2.3" including the elastic band.(approx. 50 cm by 5 cm) Each headband has a matching elastic band sewn in the back, making sure it will stay in place (and most importantly) without giving you a headache. Lined in black fabric, Cotton fabric for the top, polyester/cotton blend for the lining. Pattern may vary. Handmade in Michigan, USA.

Not what is pictured
It is not as pictured. The headband I received says Happy Hanukkah all over it. Nowhere near as cute as the one pictured. Also, just FYI the under part of the headband is a weak thin strap. Actually looks more like a sleeping mask than a headband. LOVE the idea and last year I bought my sister in law one which she loves but the one received today is far different and disappointing
