A little tacky on outside
Capsules can get sticky on the outside when in warm, humid environment even when bottle is tightly closed. Am considering refrigeration. That’s why 4 stars.

Easy to swallow
I don’t know if the product does anything. It is easy to swallow, seems better than eating broccoli every day and no adverse effects that I can tell.

Did not see results
We used liposomal sulforaphane for some months for my sons with autism, and I have not seen results either using it, or now that we've discontinued. I would recommend continuing research to see where the benefit might be seen. No negative effects, and the quality seemed fine.
