This kit appears to be a jumble of random parts that don't go together.The long nozzle makes sense and inserts into the bulb easily - check.But then there's two short rigid nozzles. Normally, these would insert to the bulb but they are much bigger than the hole, so good luck trying to insert into a bulb full of water! These are also seen on the end of the long nozzle in the advert, but sizes don't match. Guessing you'd have to clip off the end of the long nozzle? Who knows - no instructions included.Next is another length of hose with a threaded end. I can only assume this is for attaching to another douche system (say a shower system???) Again, who knows.Not my first time with an enema bulb so this should have been an easy replacement piece, but it's a jumbled mess. Keep scrolling is my recommendation

The Funny Steel enema bulb kit arrives in a small box with two bags. One sealed bag includes the bulb and two short push-in nozzles. The second bag includes a long push-in nozzle and a long screw-on nozzle. The enema bulb has a 3/16” or 5mm hole for attaching a push-in nozzle. There is no possibility of screwing on a nozzle.This bulb works by attaching a nozzle, placing the tip into water, and squeezing the bulb to fill it. Then, insert the nozzle into the cavity needing cleaning and squeeze the bulb. I would never use this style of enema bulb to clean out.If you’re interested in purchasing an enema bulb, consider the  CleanStream deluxe enema bulb  instead. No instructions on how to use the other parts. It comes with three different nozzles but I can’t figure out for the life of me how the other two are supposed to connect to the bulb. It works well with one nozzle but I wish it had come with instructions on how to attach the other two.

It was my first time using one of these and it was a little bit difficult, it didn’t come with instructions.The bulb material is thick and resistant. It comes with different nozzles.

Liquid goes in. Liquid comes out. Squeeze. Wash rinse repeat. Not a whole lot else to say about it, the materials are regular, the thing does what it is supposed to, it's not uncomfortable other than the place that you insert it to use it.

The point of these is to reuse them for some time with an inevitable need to replace them routinely. This is no different. It is easy to assemble, the bulb is a generous size, and we only go through three bulbs of water for preparation. Regarding cleaning, the opaque material requires some flushing guesswork, but that is typical. The tube and nozzle provide some flex, but these are intended to be used with a patient partner to perform the flushing. I can recommend these for beginners, but more experienced users will opt for clear kits to permit inspection for cleanliness.
