Good product
This product is excellent for flat foot and plantar fasciitis. It absorbs shock well, is comfortable, and can be transferred between shoes without wrinkling or shifting. It took some adjustment, but once you're accustomed to it, it's very comfortable. The only downside is that it takes up a lot of space inside the shoe, so I removed the built-in insoles to accommodate it.

Little discomfort but easy to insert, as it a half sole so feel little discomfort while walking, I wish they designed it for full feet but it's a half design.
