My Screen shows "No Signal". How to adjust it?

Hello Friend, Many thanks for your inquiring. It’s means the laptop screen extender has not recognizing the connection by your laptop. First, check your computer interface to see if it has thetype-C or HDMI port, make sure the USB-C port is full-functioned, and make sure you have the correct end plugged into the screen. If it still doesn’t work check to make sure the port on your computer is working. Second, if you use the HDMI to Type-C cable, you should add an extra USB-A to USB-C cable to power supply to the screen if you connect the HDMI port(transmit data, audio and video only, can not offer power supply) on the back of the portable screen. How do I setting the screen?

If your device is Windows 10 / Windows 11, Please right-click a blank area of the desktop to select ”Display Settings"， then you will see the "display orientation". If you device is MacOS, please Enter the “System Preferences” menu.
