This Pilates bar is very easy to assemble with durable straps and suggested workouts. I stream Pilates workouts and now this bar will take them to the next level! Exactly what I was looking for. I used it for 10 minutes when I first got it just to try it out and felt it for the next 3 days. No complaints here. I like the guide that shows you different ways to use it. You can hang it up on the wall for reference. There’s also a guide that tells you how yo put it together and show you the different resistance strengths between the bands.

Amazing and Empowering
I liked this and used it for three days before I stopped. I stopped because I wanted a different version of this, and I got a full refund. The work performed was empowering, but there were only 6 exercises on the provided pamphlet. I got a different one and definitely prefer this one to my new one. I wanted a set with the piece that allows you to hold this over a door.

Fabulous things come in small packages!
I have nothing bad to say about this product! Wow wow wow! Great step by step user guide, easy to use and breakdown so it can be stored easily. I got this to use at home vs going to a gym, and my friend had to buy one for her home as we were testing this out! Run don’t walk and buy this wonderful tool!

Easy to use
It is very way to use and you don’t have to worry about it breaking on your face. You can separate into different pieces to use it per your excerise . Very handy .
