Great unit and customer service
Upon installing this unit, I realized there was an issue with the threads not allowing the shower head to screw on the pole. I reached out to the company and they sent out a new unit correcting my issue no questions asked. They even followed up after replacement parts were delivered to insure I was good. Great customer service!

Really pretty hardware
So far so good. I wish we would have mounted the handles lower. Theyโre about waist height on me Iโm around 5โ2โ. Much lower and it probably would have looked weird. True rainfall shower head. We did not extend it as far as it can go because the whole thing is pretty long as is. The only issue I see if that the water is kind of cool by the time it gets to my head because it starts falling like 2-3โ above me. So I use more hot water than intended. We are going to get a piece to extend the shower head down. It wonโt look the way it does not but id rather the hot water get to me faster.
