ROCSUN 50 ft Expandable Garden Hose-016

I ordered this specifically needing the ends to be metal, living out in the country things can't survive when they are made of cheap plastic... However the hose that I received has plastic ends! I would like to eat the right one but am leery now to order it again so hopped on ebay and ordered one with BRASS hookups for $9!!! I do got to say though when I chatted with Karan, about this and a few issues; they were the best customer service rep I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, no nonsense no wasting my time and straight away refunded my money and told me I didn't have to send it back cause they can see how it was supposed to be metal ends too... So I am only giving it one star because those metal ends weren't metal. I would give Karan 5 stars all the way he or she was super helpful.

This hose (Rocsun 50ft Expandable Garden Hose) developed a large leak after only after using it a few times. I've tried several expandable hoses, and this one was by far the lightest and most cheaply made I've seen, so it's no surprise it failed only after a few uses. It's already no longer available on Amazon, so it seems to me the plan might have been to dump a large quantity of extremely low quality product on the consumer then "disappear." When a product like this of such an exceptionally low quality is being sold on Amazon, I think Amazon should make accommodations/exceptions for refunds beyond the standard 30-day return time frame.

Gave it 4 stars because it's not really 50 feet. I live in an apartment and needed to unclog my A/C's drain pipe. I had tried vinegar, Clorox, and nothing worked. It was cheaper to get this hose, and adaptor for the bathroom sink, and force the gunk in the pipe out. It worked perfect. All the gunk spewed out. I let it dry and put it away till the next clog, if it ever happens again! Can't complain cause it served its purpose and was much cheaper than hiring someone.

Received product (2)50ft expandable hoses and nozzles. Attached one and after 2 uses it started to leak between the black female attachment and the hose. Attached the other one, after 5 uses again, between the female part and were the hose attaches came completely apart. It looked like a cartoons, the hose out of control and flaling around. I would of given this product one star but I like the nozzles. Not great quality by any means but they work.

This says 50 foot hose. 40 foot max. leaks and hose fittings (yes there is gaskets in it) and the shut off sprays water out of the side of it. a total piece of junk.

It’s cheaper than the competitors but I found that all of the components that would need to have some durability had none. My five year old “tossed” the hose to me and the sprayer (which leaked from the get go even with Teflon tape) cracked on the pavement. It gets most of the water where it needs to go but unless you’re wanting to get watered in the process I’d go with a different hose. There is also little pressure with the hose so don’t expect to spray much off a patio or car.

This will teach me to use something right away and. Not let it sit in the box! Took it out first time last week bam somehow the hose part inside the blue cover broke and water poured and drowned my flowers as all the water just went BAM in the middle of the hose & would not make it to the nozzle. What a JOKE! Do not buy!!!!!!

I rated this product a 3 star even though it burst after only a couple uses because you can repair it pretty easily. For that reason, not to mention I'm still using it, I rate it a 3.
