Deluxe Luggage strap personalised 2.0m

I found the experience not straight forward. It appeared from the write ups that the producer would contact me for instructions as to the strap, this did not happen, I went through Amazon's web site to give the names for the straps. The display clearly has the name in Capital letters and I expected the company to issue my straps in that manner, however they came with Capital letter followed by lower case lettering, I thought I had read that 20 letters was the offer however I had to reduce this to ten to comply with the company instruction I would not have ordered this had I known this previously. I accept that one reads many reviews when researching and on this point I could have made a mistake but not on the presentation. I also thought the spacing was unuseful to get a good cover of the name over the case. The closing mechanism was no stronger than others so there were no outstanding features on this purchase.

Absolutely delighted with these straps. Much better than I envisaged. Will definitely stand out on my suitcase on the carousel. I had contacted the seller to ask if possible could it please be a different text colour - other than white. The seller replied more or less immediately that yes it could be done. The stitching (10 letters max including any spaces) is extremely well done. Shows the stitched word twice per strap. The straps are very strong but please note they are solely for identification purposes. They go around your case and just tighten from there. You cannot lock them. Therefore although they look as though they do up and undo from the clasp this is not so. You just tighten the belt appropriately. I am still very pleased and impressed with them as I also have another TSA strap which locks on my case which will go around it in the other direction. Anything to help less stress and time at the carousel.

Basic nylon weave strap with basic plastic buckles. The stitching of the strap around the female end of the buckle is also very basic. I would not rely on them to support much weight from an overweight bag, unless you reinforce the stitches.However, their main function is bag identification, more than actual weight support. A contrasting coloured strap with a name embroidered on it should hopefully inform even a brain-dead tired traveller that my bag is not theirs.Good length, good colour and the buckle should mean it stays more securely on the bag than a scarf or ribbon.

Lovely, bright colours delivered promptly. I placed the order for two straps on trust as Amazon have no way of allowing you to state what personalised lettering you want with the order. The company, personalised products, then telephoned me in person to check what lettering I wanted and made helpful suggestions as to colouring combos. Unfortunately, when products arrived, there was an error with an initial but this was dealt with promptly by the company and I received a prompt replacement at no extra cost. Will be seeing how well they survive baggage handlers on several 'plane trips around Egypt later this month.6 months and two holidays later I am pleased to confirm they have survived the trauma of being squashed into the holds of several planes, handled by various baggage handlers and twirled around several luggage carousels, including the one at Heraklion where cases are literally fired out of a doorway onto the belt several feet below and they really do stand out from the crowd of similar black cases.

Used my luggage strap when I went to Canada a couple of weeks ago. It was great-really easy to spot on the carousel!My only complaint is that my name is only embroidered on it 3 times so there are big gaps in between. I did know this before I purchased it but it would definitely look better with the name 5 or 6 times.

This is very long and needed quite a bit of adjusting to fit securely on the case and still have the name on display rather than just all yellow colour. In theory it's a great strap and served it's purpose for my son on his school trip so he could ID his suitcase at the airport. I would consider buying another one but I would do some research and see if I could get a shorter length.

I bought two of these straps for suitcases I was buying my daughter for Christmas. When they arrived they looked good but when I adjusted one to fit the smaller of the two suitcases i encountered a problem. to make the strap fit the suitcase resulted in one of the names disappearing so instead of having her surname twice on the strap you can now only see it once. Not the end of the world just a little bit disappointing.
