I like this faucet, it matches my sink perfectly. I LOVE that I didn't need to get a plate for it to sit behind the sink and that I could use just the single stalk. The contractor put the sink in and it works well, the ball needed some adjusting (I have a deep farmhouse sink so it hit the bottom support base) but is workable. The only fly in the ointment is that the description does not mention the AC adapter and order it with the faucet, otherwise the cord for the batteries is only 12" and you literally have to crawl under the sink into the cabinet to change it out, whether or not the sink is a farmhouse one or not. The AC adapter is needed to use the pull down hose and sensor instead of batteries. It depends on how often you use the faucet.The handle is great and I can leave it on at a set temperature and flow and turn on/off with the sensor or pull down hose.

Great looking faucet in the matte black to match other fixtures in the kitchen. Super easy to install, great value for money. Some minor noise when using the sensor on/off feature but still gets a lot of compliments when we have people over!

I purchased this faucet for newly renovated kitchen. The motion sensor is smart. When you have your hands full or simply have dirty hands, this feature works effortlessly. Now my family is asking every faucet in the house to be motion sensor. The installation is easy. The most important thing is quality customer services. They answer all my installation and warranty questions very quickly. I recommend this faucet.

Super happy with the quality of this especially given the price. My only complaint is you usually have to tap the sensor when turning on and the level doesn’t “over ride” it if that makes sense but definitely an easy thing to get use to. Super easy to install, pressure is great! Looks great in our kitchen remodel

The media could not be loaded. So we bought this last September for a house we had just bought that we did a complete renovation on. Was not installed until late October. Looked wonderful and worked great. Until it didn't. The body of the unit has broken free and now it spins. The mounting nut and adjustment screws are as tight as can be. Also, as you can see in the video, the finish is coming off of the bottom of the faucet. Would not expect this from a faucet that we paid almost $200 less than a year ago. If I had to do over, I would have forgone the "touchless" feature which sometimes is more annoying than useful and bought a name brand like Moen, Delta, or Kohler for the same price. At least they would stand behind their product.

Loved the stainless steel and black combo. It matches well with my kitchen decor. Installation was also easy; multiple quick connects, no leaks.

First off, the look, feel and quality of this faucet is outstanding for the price. It was also super easy to install.The only issue is, after having the faucet for only a couple months, the button on the sprayer stopped working properly. When it was supposed to be in a steady stream (vs spray), it would dribble around the edges.I reached out to Gimili customer service and they sent me a new sprayer nozzle. Good as new! Really impressed by their customer service!

I’m very happy with the initial price of this faucet and the quality of the item itself. I actually ordered the model that comes with the plug in adapter as the faucet I was replacing was also a touchless faucet and ran on a battery pack. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t read all the details that clearly state you cant’t use a receptacle under the sink if your garbage disposer is plugged into as that entire receptacle is controlled by the wall switch that powers the garbage disposer. If the switch is off, then no power to feed the faucet! I’m an idiot! After reaching out to customer support, they explained this to me and offed to provide a refund for the added amount of the aPower adapter, as this feature was a slightly higher price than the standard model. It also came with the battery pack and works perfectly.The sensor in this unit works much better than my old touchless faucet as it turns the water on/off almost immediately plus it doesn’t pick up a pan/pot as easily - meaning my old faucet would turn off if I was washing something large and it got too close to the sensor. Talk about frustrating!!The only thing I wish was different in the new faucet is the height of the spray head. Once installed, it hangs about 2-1/2” lower than my prior unit. The overall faucet is actually higher by about that same amount so I would want the overall height any taller, but I feel like I have to hold things much lower into the sink now due to the lower spray head. After a few days, I’m getting used to it. Probably more of a change on what I had versus what I purchased. All good! Loving the new faucet 100%!
