Brilliant!!!!!!
Ok so i had always been lucky in the fitness part i had not needed to 'exercise' or watch what i eat..... until i had my 2 children!! Not being someone that likes the gym or rigid standard exercise i wasnt really keen on spending my money on a dvd that would most likely get shoved to the back of the cabinet!! However after walking past the mirror many a time and still not liking what i saw i thought enough is enough do something or stop moping!! I was drawn to this as you could see the obvious change in vickys weight and it wasnt the usual fit lean instuctor telling you it was possible when they had clearly never been overweight themselves!! And being as i like to dance i thought it'd suit me more! So i read the reviews and was impressed!! After much deliberation i decided to buy and boy am i glad i did!!!!!! I put it on as soon as it came and enjoyed it, i didnt get half way and want to give up, it didnt feel tough or like i was really working out at all!! (Despite the fact i was sweating!!) It was very enjoyable, i found that im slightly uncoordinated however!! But this didnt really matter as although i couldnt get the rountines straight away i still found myself jumping around and just adding the bits i could do which is what made it nice and meant i was still execising!!! Even if you are bigger you can just take bits you can do and sort of make you your own, eg the arm parts whilst just joggin/marching on the spot!! Even after id finished i found myself every now and again practising the bits i couldnt get and then when i next watched it found i could keep in with the routine more!! It is nicely sectioned into 3 15min parts so if you dont have time to do it all or dont feel like doing it all you can select just a section. I have already noticed a difference and im still having fun with it!!! I am glad i opted for this dvd and i am so pleased with it that i actually bothered to write this review (something i never normally do!!). I would definatly recommend this to anyone!!

IT WORKS!!
I was in two minds whether to buy this DVD or not...I have been a big fan of the Davina collection and I was worried there was more to 'Molly from Corrie' weight loss than this DVD - she looks so amazing these days. However, after much deliberating I bought the DVD...and wow it is brilliant. I eat pretty healthy anyway and as mentioned above did do the Dabina workout daily already. But there was always that stubborn few pounds I couldnt get rid of...and my bum and legs were never quite toned enough. After buying this video those few pounds are shifting, and my bum is rock hard...my legs are shapely and my stomach is amazing!!! I love this DVD...and like her trainer keeps telling you ' you dont even realise you are working out cos you are dancing' and its true...after the whole DVD I am wet through, worked up such a sweat and out of breathe...but while doing the workout you dont realise how shattered you actually are.Basically, its a 10min warm up introducing some of the dance moves for later, moving on to 2 15min dance routines (which dont worry, are pretty easy, shattering, but simple enough) moving on to the toning section for bums, arms, stomach...not brilliant because I would like it to focus for long on the abs but you still feel the burn. After I complete this hour dance dvd I usually finish off with Billy Blanks Tae Bo for abs and glutes which is 30mins focus on those muscles...so I feel better for working them. All in all this workout is amazing and I love it...its fun and it works...also the music is good!!!

Fun, effective workout
Although initially dubious about another celeb fitness DVD, I gave this a go as it was on offer, and I was pleasantly surprised. After an effective warm-up you are launched into a high-energy 'dance' section which is cleverly choreographed to raise your heart rate without you really being aware of it. The moves are fun, but are quite basic and should be familiar to anyone who's attended any fitness classes or those who enjoy 'Ministry of Sound' work-outs. This is followed by a fairly routine but highly effective high-intensity aerobics section lasting around 20 minutes. However, the reason the DVD doesn't get five stars is that it's let down by it's floor exercises and cool down stretches. There are a few press ups, a few glute exercises and a few sit ups. With the exception of the press-ups there are not enough of these exercises for them to be effective. Also, the stretches are almost non-existant, but should be a crucial (and enjoyable) part of a cool-down. The only other drawback is that if you're already fit the DVD's not quite long enough, you may want to do the dance section twice. That said, if combined with other, more comprehensive work-outs as part of a regular routine, this is a really fun way to battle the bulge, and one I enjoy doing. Go for it.
