No discernible flavor when taking and they aren't too big to swallow. That along with the ingredients included make this a decent choice.

I eat 2 meals per day so I would take one before a meal. I was curious if these would help with the insulin crash that can come from eating a high amount of simple carbs spiking your insulin. I didnt notice any effect from taking these. They are easy to consume and I felt no stomach discomfort. I dont currently blood sugar monitor my and without a tool to do so I cant say how effective this product is towards regulating your blood sugar as I dont have any metrics. This is a dietary supplement to help regulate your blood sugar and you should consult your doctor.

There seem to be a mix of good ingredients said to help with blood sugar. The bottle says that this supplement is made FOR American LCC, but it is unclear WHERE it is made or who makes it FOR American LCC. With this wording, I'm guessing this is not an American made supplement. That doesn't mean it's bad, but there is a lack of transparency, here. The bottle does include a GMP seal and an MDRC seal.I've experienced no ill effects from these capsules, nor did I find there to be any interactions with the ingredients and what I'm already taking. You should check on interactions with supplements and medications to ensure there are not known interactions or contraindications. As for me, I'll continue taking these until the bottle is out, and see if there has been a significant change in my blood sugar in labwork.Cost-wise, it isn't cheap, but also isn't super expensive. There are 90 capsules, meant to be a 1 month supply. With a dose of 1 capsule 30 min. before each meal (assuming 3 meals/day), this should be a 1 month supply. Eating 2 meals a day, this will work out to about a 45 day dose. (I haven't been taking it without meals.) I do appreciate that I'm needing to swollow just one pill!
