These 'Spring Loaded' Rods Are GREAT. Not only do I use them as Curtain Rods, And for Years, I've also Use them when working on my car when I need to keep either the Brake Peddle OR, Accelerator Peddle down... I use either the electric seat, or these 'Spring Loaded' Rods to fine adjust the Accelerator Peddle when I need a specific RPM. Just recently, I've used them to mount LED's on the Overhead in the back of my SUV utilizing Double Sided Tape and they worked perfectly to hold them in place overnight to ensure proper adhesion for the particular 'Tape' I use!... So perfect, because with the spring tension you can adjust the Height or Length to what ever you need it to be for your application. Well made and dependable when you need another 'Hand' to help you, but have none. This particular one, I plan on keeping in the car for doing maintenance. These things are worth their weight in Gold!

This pressure rod is constructed the way a pressure rod should be constructed. The springs work well and there is no struggle. It comes with special wall mounts which make the install quick and easy.

Very nice and I did not even realize it would come with like clear cups that you can actually attach to the wall if needed to hold the ends if the tension is not enough. VERY pleased

These work well. They come with rod pockets that stick to the wall that once you’ve adjusted the spring rod, you can set it down inside of that plastic rod area.

I’m giving this a 5 for instant gratification. I can’t talk about how long it’s going on last, but it came out of the package with ease, the directions were super simple because all you have to do is twist it to lengthen it. Once you measure the rod to the space that you need - you simply twist it out a little bit further by a tiny margin and then inserted in the space. I literally installed this within 5 minutes as I was walking into the house after work! Easy!!!

Easy simple fix to cover a storage area!

It comes as two pieces, not one like your traditional tension rods! Traditional tension rods are turned to adjust the tension in as it extends. With this, one side extends as you turn it and the second piece fits into that part. If it was a traditional tension rod I'd probably give it a 5 star.
