I purchased this remote to replace an older remote. The first remotes buttons stopped working and it would take me 10+ clicks to press one button. So, it was time to move on. I then purchased this remote and it works like a remote should. I have now forgotten what a defective remote feels like. If you need a new remote, buy this one. You will not regret it - cheers.

If you have kids like mine who hide remotes, this is a definite must! This is our second time buying the remote. The first time it stopped working but I'm confident that was due to my kids playing catch with it one too many times. The ONE complaint I have with it is that the buttons pop off pretty easily. You can pop them back in, but once they're out once they don't stay in very well. You can still use the buttons by using your nail and pushing on the metal part in the hole, but it's kind of a pain. Over all though, i would definitely recommend this as a cheaper alternative than buying a name brand remote!

I didn't have to program anything. I just put batteries in the remote and it worked perfectly. Very pleased to have a fully functioning television again. No other remote allowed me to access Netflix and still be able to change the volume.

At first this tv was in my spare room and barely used. But now the tv is in our master bedroom and we realized HOW AWFUL IT IS! You have to hit the button 5 or 6 times to get it to work. The buttons are annoyingly loud and now we realized the settings, options, format buttons dont work and we cant even fully use the remote 😡
