I came across these long time ago in a big box store and remembered the name. Finally got my own place and this was one of the first things I bought. These are great. Well made and sturdy. They look fantastic and give some style instead of the typical all chrome silverware.

These are my favorite flatware pieces! I bought the whole set! Easy to clean, very durable, unique style money! Look beautiful on my dinner table. Guest love them.

Love this set. It has a nice weight. I love three tines on the forks! Perfect for my rustic decor. I'm ordering a second set so I have enough settings for bigger gatherings.

Had a set from 20 years ago with pieces missing. Ordered a full set to complement old one. A bit different but beautiful and well made.

I'm in Scotland and setting up a new home. I ordered polished granite placemats on Amazon UK and noticed the site's pictures had wonderful cutlery on them. Far nicer than anything I could find in the UK be it Amazon, eBay, etc. So I Googled them, describing them, and soon enough in Google Images the Twist & Shout by Gourmet Settings showed up. Try as I might I couldn't find a UK vendor, so I ordered them from the US. I was told to expect to wait a fortnight, instead they arrived within a week. Perfectly packaged, no damage.They are sublime. Strong and balanced for usable eating utensils, beautifully designed, and of course the fun/funky twist a the base which initially attracted me to them.Obviously the design won't be to everyone's taste - that's subjective and you can decide that for yourself - but empirically speaking they're wonderful utensils. I would suggest if this design is not to your liking then you should at least consider the range from Gourmet Settings, they really do know their stuff.In addition to the basic 5-piece set I ordered a set of "mini-spoons" (I know them as teaspoons) and the hostess set. The hostess set is a nice bonus, but I would suggest the teaspoons are an essential purchase.

Looks exactly as I had hoped (unique, sturdy, rustic, and classy) so far holding up well a few weeks in... I am handwashing just to be safe.

I really like the design. They are sturdy and feel nice in your hand. However, we have had them just over 2 weeks and it seems one of my knifes have started a rust spot. Not sure how or why that happened but other than that one spot they seem overall a good product for the money.
