Holy crow - this product does not skimp on the energy. The first time I took one I thought my heart was going to explode. I'm not an energy drink user or energy product user in general but am just looking for something to give me that pick me up in the morning that is stronger than coffee. One square is too much for me though. I find if I break it in half, it works great. Enough energy for me to get through the day. The taste is not great but the effects make it worth pushing through the taste. I can see this being highly effective as a pre-workout boost. I am focused, calm yet energized to get stuff done.

This stuff works and tastes great; I’ve learned though that I can only consume half a piece, otherwise I end the day with a crashing headache.

The chocolate is quite bitter and grainy. It also leaves as after taste. I didn’t notice a difference, energy wise, after eating the recommended portion of one square. Maybe it’ll give you a boost if you eat all 3 that come in the pack.

I generally have to drink 2 cups of coffee a day but recently have found that I dont even finish one and I'm good to go!

I've been eating these bars for a while and they never let me down. Very efficient and tasty!

I don't really do reviews because I just forget but holy crap on stick does this work. I'm an avid coffee drinker but when I go away with the army and my only option is powder, I'd rather deal with my caffeine headache but I got these and decided to take two because I'm use to drinking 4 cups a day. Oh man was I wrong. My heart was beating like a horse racing for its life. It was gradual but it also didn't make me shake so I'll definitely be getting more when I'm out.
