Very Nice!
I own more rods than a person needs, but I don’t own a lot of compact travel rods with tubes. So when I began looking for rods that would take up minimal room in my RV when traveling, this one in dark green jumped out at me. Upon delivery I was pleasantly surprised. The tube is sturdy. The four blank sections are attractive and nicely finished. When assembled it is very light and balances well. The reel seat seems plenty strong. And it matches up nicely with my modern Mitchell 300, 300Xe, and Truscend Blackhawk spinning reels, as I thought it would. The action is listed as moderate (medium), which seems accurate. It is important to note this rod uses spigot ferrule connections. Not everybody is familiar with these. Research this connection if need be. Bottom line is that the sections should be snug, not jammed together flush. If jammed together the sections can become permanently stuck or damaged. If too loose the rod can break at that point. Connections should be checked periodically. In closing, this is one heckuva rod and I’m extremely satisfied. I will be getting another.

Great travel rod for the price!
I purchased the 8ft MH and 7ft Med action rods and I am more than satisfied. I have the 8ft paired with an Okuma Trio 4000 and the 7ft paired with a Okuma Trio 3000. I have used the 8ft beach fishing catching several Jacks, Bluefish and Spanish Mackerel. I can easily cast a 1oz spoon or swimbait, even though the rod is 4 pieces it rarely needs adjusted. And the 7ft has great sensitivity along with a good backbone. The only complaint is the guides are micro, especially the tip. I usually use braid with a floro leader joined by a double uni knot but the tip guide is so small the knot has a hard time passing through smoothly. I just spooled up with strait mono and it worked well. The pictures above were all caught on my last trip on the 7ft rod. Caught a few decent redfish, jacks, and a unexpected spotted gar while fishing in brackish water, also caught several ladyfish, mangrove snapper, spotted trout and small snook. The rods travel well, and I am actually able to fit the 7ft rod in the tube with the 8ft so I only have to travel with 1 tube. I was a bit hesitant ordering these rods, I was looking at the Okuma Citrix but I am pleasantly surprised and I plan to purchase a few more for my future travels. 2 years later I am still using the same rod and reel combos with zero issues. I pack them in my checked bag everytime I head down to Florida on fishing trips which is multiple times a year. Just got back and caught a slob of a Jack Crevalle on my 7ft M action. It literally pulled the boat around and stripped almost all my line off the reel multiple times and the rod handles flawlessly. Added a additional picture above!

I love this rod! My Fav 4pc!
I’ve always been skeptical about multiple piste fishing rods just because I’m confident that one piece fishing rods are more balanced more sensitive I want to be honest they’re just better all around but this is an awesome 4 peace fishing Rod! I bought the 7 foot blue spinning rod, and it is my go to when I need to compact down and travel around with it. It feels just as good as any of my two piece rods and it’s actually pretty close to a lot of my one piece rods as well it’s just slightly heavier and slightly bulkier , but honestly, if you want a good 4pc trvl rod for a fair price I would definitely recommend you buy one! There’s no doubt about it!

Ok product
A little overpriced. The rod is delicate and can break easily. It doesnt seem to fully go together

A Great Suitcase Rod
I bought this rod to take to Florida on a fishing vacation. The rod was used to fish behind our house in the local canals and causeways. I caught small Jacks, snook, salt catfish and Sheepshead and the rod handled them well. The rod is a medium fast action but was still light enough to enjoy smaller fish. I would not hesitate to take this rod as a backup on a saltwater inshore fishing trip. It is a nice travel rod that comes with a tube case for a low price and fits easily in your checked bag. I would recommend this rod as a backup or to just have some fun fishing locally like I did.

Travel Fishing Rod
Very happy with this 4-piece travel fishing rod. Fits in my suitcase and has a solid protective carrying case. I actually have 2 of these rods. I can put them both in the same carrying case. Very durable and easy to assemble and disassemble. Caught several large fish with them and they handled them well.

snapped on first pull plus significant design flaws.
IT broke on my first test of the drag to check my knots. I've done this test hundreds of times on dozens of rods. i'm a fishing guide, and i was really surprised at the fragility of this rod. it's possible that I got a dud, but I'm on a once in a couple decades trip- and the damage is done. Second, the eyes on this rod are strangely small- almost absurdly so for a rod designed to be adequate in salt water. Shore fishing often requires maximum casting int he surf, and these eyes are not suited for that kind of application. Maybe braid would work ok, but I have my doubts. Last, For some reason the eyes on my rod caused the 10lb mono on my reel to cut/snap. I pulled the line out of the reel drag and it was fine, but when I pulled it through the eyes of the rod it snapped immediately like it was being cut. When I looked closer at the eye, i could not see why it was happening, but it was definitely happening every time- i repreated it about 12 times. in short, I DO NOT reccomend this rod AT LEAST unless you have time to test it thoughroghly before any trip you are planning on taking. It could be a huge dissappointment. If I got a dud, then maybe it's a decent rod, though I will not keep mine because of the other two design problems mentioned.

Great travel rod
Solid rods! Have used them this past week for catching saltwater fish in Florida. Have caught barracuda, mangrove snapper. Got caught/snagged in the mangroves and after being unable to get free, I proceeded to yank/pull to break the line off. I didn't load the rod too much but put some good amount of pressure and it held up well! I gained a lot of confidence in the rod after this. I love the action. Casts shrimp tails popping corks very well! And fit in my luggage! This was the main reason for the purchase for me.
