What diameter hole does it punch?

Punch Hole diameter size 9/32.1" maximum throat depth.

I need to punch as many holes as I can out of a disk...will i be able to see the lines to make precise cuts?

No, there is no indication where the hole is, I actually have to use marker to mark where the hole is going to be on th e device, that help a bit, but precise cuts? Not really.... but this is the best hole puncher ever, it is like hot knife on butter

Will this punch a hole through each of the following: polyurethane,vinyl...(faux leathers). Not at the same time but separately?

Yes, it will, but I've had issues with the material getting stuck, so if that's all it's being used for I would recommend a more heavy duty hole punch such as EK tools Heavy Duty Circle Punch, 0.25-Inch. The actual punch isn't as sharp, but it's less prone to get jammed in thick material. Hope this helps!
