Exactly what I wanted

I bought this device to test my glucose as well as to have a back up as I have family members who are pre-diabetic and sometimes forget to test themselves.This comes with the device, instructions, a case, batteries. However its missing the test strips, the lancelets and therefore cannot be accurately used until you purchase the rest. Also keep in mind not all test strips are compatible to make sure you read he instructions carefully.So far this seems accurate and the screen is large and visible. I think this is a good product but it would be best if it came with a small set of test strips to truly tell out of the box the functionality.

This meter comes by itself, not even a sample set of test strips. It's useless to me.

I took 3 separate readings over a 8 minute period. I measured 85, 161, and 194. I returned the monitor.

Everything was as expected as we have bought this exact one from the store before and just needed a replacement.

This package includes the user's manual, bag and the monitor device only. You will need to purchase the test strips, the control solution, the lancet device and the lances separately (around $60 more). It would have been nice if this kit would have included at least 1-2 consumables to do a testing.I'm still waiting for the test strips and the lancets to come, so I cannot say anything about it's performance yet. I will update my review when I get those consumables and I try it.
