Cool and Unique Styles, Unremarkable Durability
The artwork on these cases have some of the coolest and not-able-to-be-replicated designs on the market. I especially appreciate the one I picked up (Calculating Cat by @Catwheezie on Instagram) being from a lesser-known artist who was given a pretty great opportunity to showcase their style, and a hybrid clear/printed design that makes it impossible to copy with a cheaper brand stealing the artwork and/or basic case customization. Independent artists deserve to have their hard work and one-of-a-kind vision preserved as best as it can be in this digital age... and Casetify-quality graphics are unmatched. That being said, even on sale for ~$35, these cases are ridiculously overpriced. I can get 10-foot Military Grade Drop Protection as an industry standard in cases that are just $10, and they often come with screen protectors, charging port plugs, lanyards or a variety of other accessories, some more gimmicky than others. But still, getting THREE cases with superior protection as well as a free item means that you don't have to be a rocket scientist to realise that the bang for your buck just isn't what Casetify offers. That they do offer is brand-recognition and truly unique and varied design styles. So if you see a case that you just can't live without, like I did, then you will probably find yourself making the less-than-pragmatic purchase of a piece of artwork that adorns what will soon be an obsolete piece of plastic... just as soon as that next update doesn't support the phone you bought it for. Alas-- I shall be hanging onto my iPhone 12 for as long as I can... so maybe that will save me money in the long run, or maybe I just want to be one of the cool kids... I'll decide. But you can decide the very same for yourself!
