So the Steel kadhai is good. I know that steel is quite expensive so so they have not made it as thick as it should be for food to not stick in the bottom. At times food mildly sticks to the bottom but that is alright it's not as think and cook the food through. My family is is used to thick aluminium kadhai so that's why we found working with it a little difficult but overall it's a good product. It has been found in studies that people suffering from Alzheimer's have traces of aluminium in the brain and Aluminium is really harmful for you. Aluminium sheets and Aluminium wraps and Aluminium utensils or water bottle should not be used in daily life as it leaves the residue in our food which is not really good for us. In that way the kadai is serving its purpose and I am really happy with the product.

Bottom is thick so no burnining issue till date..

The dal or subzi tends to stick on the base of the pan . The kadai is heavy and sturdy but the food getting burned even if kept on low flame is a turn off . Writting this review after a month of using .

I used it in these 5 days continuously, as my old kadai is damaged, and this kadai is really good, It has a heavy bottom the food is not sticking in it, and it preserve heat for more time which helps cooking. If you are not a careless homemaker, it will be a good companion to you, I mean it will never burn your food

The delivered product has small chips and scratches in the stainless steel coating exposing the raw metal layer underneath. I had ordered this from another country online weeks before collecting it. When I noticed the damage, the return window was over.
