Q: Instructions don't work. It says to inflate to 45 but the deflated material is larger than 45?

Make sure you wait and let it sit for a day before you inflate it. Then we just pumped it up until it was firm like you would a beach ball. You can always add more or less depending on your child’s height and the height of the table they are sitting at if needes

Q: When I inflate ball to 45in it is very soft and when I inflate till firm, circumference is way more than 45cm. Is the ball defective?

It was the same for me. I just fill it up until it's tight, but not too tight. I find that the air goes out very slowly over time also.

Q: How durable is it? please note how long youve had product. i have 2 boys under 7. one with autism and the ther adhd. i dont wat it to burst easy

I found it quite durable. I used it for 9 months in a fourth-grade classroom (so, 5 days/week with 30 nine and ten-year-olds). At the end of the year, I passed them on to my niece for use in her classroom - all still in good condition.

Q: Are the handles included in the height?

Mine didn't have handles. It had feet though. I'm not sure about the height, but my 7 year old uses it fine.
