After several attempts we finally got it right. The cord length fits either on a large guy like myself or can be used on a smaller guy. It's very clear sounds and I don't have a problem with all the noise from the club and hearing my guys if anyone needs help. It's actually comfortable and it's a good buy for the value of your money.

I giving this a review on initial quality
The initial quality was great. I had great plans to use this on my as a part of a security team. But my lab decided she needed a snack.

Cheap earpiece, leads to fatigue of ear canal
I work high school and event security. This acoustic tube is cheap and uncomfortable. By the end of a typical eight hour shift, my ear canal hurts. The mic button is easily pressed, so you have to be careful you don’t accidentally key the mic if your arms are crossed or you have a seatbelt across the mic. Sound quality is decent, and cord length is good.
