Well, it isn't a Piggyback Guide...and it shows...and feels like it.The paper seems rather cheap or maybe my skin reacts to the ink or something because it doesn't feel very nice to-the-touch. Also, as many reviewers have said, there are regular errors and sometimes, just not enough information when you need it! The writing is passable; I'm not expecting Shakespeare or anything, but sometimes the sentences are a little jarring to read.The tables and charts too, are annoyingly lacking or badly presented. I never know how to spend my time between missions efficiently - for example, to see the most/more relevant cutscenes or something.Overall, the guide is...fine. It is not horrible and shouldn't be burned for its sins or anything. Still, it could AND SHOULD have been much better than this!Still, you get a nice picture with it.

I have had previous final fantasy guides but this is probably my favourite. The level of detail that it goes into is outstanding, it uses really clear language which is easy for the reader to understand without having to go over again and again. Also, because it's hardback, there's less chance of it becoming damaged or vended as has happened with previous guides I have bought. I though it was an extremely reasonable price for all this. Very happy!
