Voordat ik mijn bestelling definitief heb gemaakt nam ik contact op met een klantenservice over de maatvoering. Mij werd aangeven dat ik de normale EU-maat moest bestellen. Gegarandeerd werd dat ik dan de juiste EU-maat zou ontvangen. Maar helaas. Alsnog de braziliaanse maat ontvangen. Kan ik weer actie gaan ondernemen om dit terug te sturen. Zeer teleurstellend!
