I was looking for a solid speaker which was easy to transport to sports outings for my children.This speaker has worked great and the kids fight over who gets it now.Despite it's small size it puts out quite an immersive sound. With the volume up there has been zero distortion and it is not too shabby in the bass department as well.It has a really long battery life, and has gone weeks at a time before I need to recharge it.I've only had it a few months, so long term battery life still remains to be seen but I have had Musibaby speakers in the past and their batteries still hold a nice long charge even years later.Bluetooth pairing was a breeze. The one feature I was intrigued by and made me most interested in this device was the TF / Micro-SD card slot.Sometimes we're camping or at a location with poor cell signal. This slot allows us to bring a card filled with music to avoid having to stream off Pandora, or Spotify. Works great and TF cards are super cheap.It's waterproof so again, great for camping, the beach, pool, etc.Overall, I definitely recommend this speaker if it matches what you're looking for. It's also extremely well priced and would make a solid gift. Pairing two of them even gets more volume (bang) for your bucks.

Can't say much about battery charge, just got it last night but it isn't as loud as expected or with as much bass. I looked these types of speakers up because a friend had one at an outdoor party the other day, it was half this size and way more bass, the battery lasted for hours. This i figured would be better because of its size but i was mistaken as far as bass goes its weak. It sounds tin-ny and bass not good and quiet until the volume gets around 80% and above for outside but indoors acceptable. Also it is NOT as 360 degree sound as they'dhave you believe. The USB charger plug also uses the older type not used in newer cell phones so don't lose the cable and carry it if you think you'll be needing it. Oh and the radio function is totally useless, it hasn't found a station yet.The speaks are on opposite side of the controls and louder on that side the direction speakers face. Good for your bedroom and garage maybe but not parties. I prefer more bass and immersive sound.Update: The battery seems to be very good after having it a few days but still disappointed in the BASS and that charging cable plug type.Update 2: I bought musibaby QBOX half the size but wider. Immediately noticed much better base and fuller sound profile, smaller, cheaper, louder.

I bought 2 of these one for my older car that I connect with the Bluetooth and it sounds great in the car. The other is for in the house and patio. This is the best Bluetooth speaker if ever bought. Good bass and good sound . It has a lanyard but don’t put too much pressure on it or pull on it hard . It will snap at where it connects to the speaker. It still played fine , but be careful with the lanyard. It’s this speaker’s weak spot. I glued it back on it is fine. Just go easy on that. Other than the lanyard this speaker is worth it. I bought the black ones. I hope this info helps others.

Update (Aug 29, 2024): within 48 hours of posting my review below and completing a form on the MusiBaby website, i was contacted by two different reps from the company. they were very apologetic, and quick to do whatever they could to make things right. they sent me a new replacement speaker within a few days. it has been working like a charm. great sound and quality for the price. and EXCELLENT customer service !!!!my previous MusiBaby speaker was amazing, until the port stopped taking a charge after about 2 years. decided to give them a chance on a second newer model. plugged it in, it started smoking and smelled like burning rubber, then an alarm started sounding randomly, and now it won't turn off and keeps making static/popping sounds. intend to return, but worried it will combust in transit!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this speaker is. First off I love the design. Its size makes it the perfect speaker to use anywhere you choose. I love the bright blue colour as well.Right out of the box mine had no battery charge so I plugged it in right away. Other ones I’ve tried usually have a bit of battery life but that’s ok. It charged fully in a couple of hours. Once it was ready to go I paired it to my phone. The process was very easy.As for the quality it’s amazing! This speaker might be small but it definitely makes up for it with sound. It’s quite loud when you turn the volume up which is nice. Gives that’s nice crisp clear sound and the bass is pretty decent too. What makes it even better is the ability to pair it to another speaker if you’re looking to have surround sound or have it playing in different rooms/areas. Overall this speaker is excellent for the price point. Would definitely recommend
