I've used this for over 30 years. It's used to seal my slate floors. It's as thin as water and virtually no smell. Very quick drying too.

I wish I had bought this when my stone tiles where laid I would have save my self all the stone grey dust all over my flat best thing I ever did buying this product. Thank you to the building merchants who recommended this(would have bought from them but they were out of stock) is my floor shinny yes and smooth too I walk in there now bare foot no dust or dirt. Next item to buy from you is the cleaner.

It's easy to use, thin as water. I didn't use a roller as instructed but a paint brush and mostly poured from bottle on my marble table then spread it all over untill it soaks as much and then wiped it. I think it looks fairly glossier. My marble coasters didn't obserb any spilled water after the two coats.I used it on my matte teracotta tiles in the open shower, but water still stand on the tiles, doesn't slide off so not sure if it does anything, if it protects the grout.Time will tell.

Kitchen floor

I’ve been using the 14 grade for some time and wish I’d always laid down the 13 first, as working on a stone grouted floor does mean that without this preparatory step the grout sucks a lot away and needs proper sealing. Both items are excellent in providing a good sheen on an old quarry floor.

noticed our new tiles were not coming up as clean when mopped, decided to scrub them (on knees) that's when we found out they were not sealed, i reviewed this product and decided to go with it, followed the instructions, used a small roller + tray, it's a clear liquid, it was easy to use, covered the tiles left them to dry then gave them a second coat before i went to bed let it dry overnight and everything seems to be ok so far, this was done in March 2021

Absolutely AMAZING product. I was sceptical of its ability because you cant tell its even on and is so thin and watery. But it really does work! My grey white tiles will finally stop absorbing every stain. Massive weight off my shoulders. Worth the price.

I am usually a fan of this brand and regularly use several of their products but with this one I honestly can't see any difference whatsoever. I applied over half the tiles and left the other half as they were and both sides look exactly the same.

l'avevo preso anni fa per trattare il cotto ed era ottimo, ora fanno questo qua ad acqua che e' come non dare nulla. come sempre quello a solvente che facevano anni fa non lo fanno piu

Lo usé para un suelo de terraza que era muy poroso. Y en la zona donde tengo la barbacoa se manchaba mucho. De momento parece que funciona. Lo que más me interesaba era que dejase de ser tan poroso sin cambiar el color. Y así ha sido
