Mild taste
The taste is mild. It’s sweet but not too sweet. It doesn’t have milk so the taste is different, but I still look forward to it.

Not sweet enough for my tastes
These bars appear to be high quality chocolate. IMHO, they are not sweet enough for my tastes - 72% cacao is the maximum for me.

Unusual, great taste
The most unusual chocolate I have ever tasted. I just love this unique taste of its aging process. Delicate and strong at the same time. Smooth and creamy. The sugar content is just right. It is a little higher in price for some other good, organic brands but depending on the way it is produced and how it is processed, I have seen quality chocolates about the same price and they are not organic.

Good flavor; arrived in great condition
The chocolate had good flavor. A bit bitter and smoky, which is what I expected. They arrived in excellent condition. I rank it a 4 versus a 5 as it isn't a product I like enough to order again. But it's personal preference! If you enjoy dark chocolate and you are reading this, I encourage you to try it.

Great
I only get raw cause of the health benefits and this is definitely my go-to chocolate on here. It's not at all bitter, unlike some other brands at this level of darkness. (One interesting thing I noticed is that the 75% is actually more raw than this one, perhaps because of the nibs.)

Cooking chocolate
This doesn’t taste like bourbon and I’ll have to keep it to cook with
