Best steam deck dock you can buy

This dock is pretty janky, I wouldn't recommend it. I bought it for my Steam Deck, to run dual monitors in desktop mode, and the dock works maybe 10% of the time. It seems like the power passthru function of the dock is messed up somehow; a majority of the time I have to unplug the power from the dock, wait for the steak deck to pick up the monitors, then replug in power. Once I step away from my desk for a minute and the monitors go to sleep I have to do the power pull trick again. I found some information online that indicated that it was an issue with the USB cable, that a higher quality and capacity cable was needed. I've purchased 3 additional USB/thunderbolt cables for the dock and the problems persist. I reached out to the manufacturer for a firmware update but after speaking with support that process is getting no where. The dock does not display both monitors when using my macbook either - I have to use an HDMI dongle to enable the second monitor to work.A junk product, don't waste your time.

The supplied USB C cable is too Short to reach and from what I have tried you can't use an off brand USB C cable. The Stand is great however.

The media could not be loaded. Feels cheap and plasticky. Magnets are so terrible that the thing barely wants to stay together. This is the "Pro" model aka their highest end offering and honestly there is nothing "Pro" about this. For the price I paid I was expecting something muchhhhh different than what was delivered.SKIP THIS.
