I was a bit skeptical about something being so inexpensive, I don't have a 2k product to compare it with, but I am really impressed. I ordered it yesterday and received it today. very fast. I recently got my hearing checked and I have medium (high-frequency ear loss) (been djing for 25yrs) I typically have to turn up the TV at night to hear the talking. The first thing I noticed is that I was able to hear some highs again, even though I can still hear, it's just muffled, almost like I don't have the treble turned up in my ears. It was weird because you could actually hear the wind outside and it is a bit loud at first, just have to find the comfortable level. So I did a couple of tests, first was the TV test, I could totally hear the tv better at a lower level, but what blew me away is that I was upstairs and could completely hear my wife and daughter talking in the kitchen and could actually understand what they were saying. Pretty awesome. the only CON I would say, (maybe I didn't look hard enough) is that they are black as opposed to a more blush color to blend in more. Very happy with the fast delivery and so far after one day, hearing the results.

For $20 They work very well. It is true that they amplify EVERYTHING so it may be hard to recognize speech in a noisy environment. I need two, but have had one for many many years & get by OK, but it broke and I can not get a new one for weeks, so I took a $20 chance to make the wife happy. It worked, and will be a happy Christmas. I am even reconsidering spending $2,000 plus for new proper ones.The wires are kind of flopping around, & could be better. Only had them for 1 days so I can not offer an opinion on Battery Life as some have.Day 2 Batteries went DEAD. Lasted just over 1 day. BAD NEWS is one is also DEAD with a new battery.Rating just went from 4 to 1.

I'm giving these a 5 star because they are a great value for the price. But if these were the expensive programmed type that cost $1600 at Costco, I'd give them a maybe 2 stars.Cheap hearing aids leave a lot to be desired, but they have an important place for the hard of hearing who can't afford $1600 for even the 'cheap' Costco ones. I look at them like my Dollar Store reading glasses...I always keep several pair on hand, because I always lose them.Pros:If you put the rubber earpiece on as far as it will go, and remember to turn down the volume before putting them on, the aids don't whistle.Sturdy and they don't look at all like cheap pieces of junk, like the $57 (for one hearing aid) Britzgo I bought.They amplify sound well and have a variable volume control all the way from nothing to LOUD.They aren't huge and they are pretty unobtrusive.There are different size earbuds for different size ear canals.They are pretty comfortable (but do take a bit getting used to, build up a bit at a time until you can wear them all day).It’s easy to learn how to put them in, just needs a bit of practice at first.Cons:They are still bigger than my old Costco aids. (But I bet this would make them easier to handle for people with tremors)While they amplify sound well, they amplify ALL sound. I can hear all the background sounds just fine, but I still have problems hearing voices, because these can’t be programmed to match the sound frequency I need to have amplified.I don’t know where the decibel cut of is for the ‘noise reduction’ feature is…when someone yells, or the phone rings in my ear, it sure seems awful loud!The description of the aids say, ‘…unique noise reduction feature and digital circuitry and control which means you have total control over what you hear and what you don’t.’ This is kind of misleading because you only have control over how quiet or how loud the sound is, there is no ‘total’ control, not when we can’t filter out high or low sounds.Other items:I hope the price on these don’t go up too much more, I bought mine for $15.99 and a week or two later they are almost $20 (which is still an excellent price, especially for 2 of them). I assume I got them at an introductory price. By the way, I bought two sets of them, right off the bat, even though there weren’t any reviews yet, but I figured they couldn’t be any worse than the stupid Britzgo I bought and I was tired of going ‘huh?’ all the time.I don’t know anything about the battery life yet, I haven’t worn them long enough. EDIT 3/29/18: The battery life is pretty bad, I can get maybe a day and a half out of them. The battery just kind of runs out and I have to turn up the volume until I need to change out the battery. I'm still giving these a 5 star though, because over all, they are still a good deal for the price.Overall: I can hear a lot better with these aids than without them. They’re not perfect, but they sure are great for the price. Buy a few pairs of them, if you lose things like I do.

I don’t know how well they work yet because I only just opened today. Right away 3 of the 6 batteries provided were corroded in the box. Also, battery installation directions weren’t super clear in writing. I wound up breaking one of the pieces trying to install the battery so I only have one to try now. Hopefully it does what I need it to do!

It's good, make sure you have the charger close.

Mostly amplifies background noise. Had a continuous hollow air noise.

Real nice a simple. I have mild hearing problem but when in a Resturant or a family gathering hearing and keeping up with a conversation was a problem. These solved the problem and now I can hear and engage with the questions and conversation. For the money they are worth a try. I bought more expensive ones and the whistling I got even on the low setting was unbearable. I am looking for ones that a rechargeable but these are serving the purpose for now. They are battery operated and that is a down side But, turn them off when not in use. Just pop out the battery and you will get a lot more use from the battery. Very happy to get back into the family conversations. :) :). hope this helps

My hearing has been getting worse for years, especially the right ear. I was having trouble listening to the TV or music in stereo. I thought I'd try these just to see how much they would help, and for $20 it was a no brainer.Most of the time I only wear the right one to equalize my hearing. The over the ear part doesn't work for me because of my glasses, but they're so light I just let them dangle like an earring and hardly notice. Mine came with 6 of the correct batteries and 3 sizes of ear inserts.I'm sure I'll be looking at higher end aids in the future, but for right now they're doing the job for not much money.

I have never given a review before, so to leave one now, really shows how happy we are with this product. My husband had a stroke 8 months ago. Bad hearing in left side (stroke side) then for the last 6 months loosing hearing in right side to the extent his hearing was very impaired. Why I hadn’t thought to look for hearing aids before I done know. I thought they would be hundreds of pounds. We are waiting now for an audiologist appointment in a few weeks time. Meanwhile I bought these as they were so cheap, just to try. They came today and he put them in. Well the tears welled up in his eyes, he can hear again. I don’t have to repeat things five times. It’s brilliant. Thank you for making hearing aid that work, for so little money. Highly recommended.

Comprate per il mio anziano babbo, per l'uso a casa, la sera, per guardare la televisione (tenendo un volume della tv più basso)Mi riserverò entro 20gg dal 17/5/2022 d'aggiornare la mia recensione (alzando al massimo il numero di stelle, se il mio babbo sarà soddisfatto dell'uso del prodotto) oppure eventualmente restituire l'oggetto con la garanzia Amazon (portando ad 1 stella, e specificando eventuali problemi d'uso, se il mio babbo non sarà soddisfatto dell'oggetto, per un uso casalingo e serale della tv).8/giu/2022 prodotto piaciuto, Ottimo e comodo da usare solo in casa (la sera) per vedere la tv, ad un volume più basso. Poco idoneo da portare fuori, dato che amplifica ogni tipo suono (dalla voce umana, ai rumori ecc...)
