No, I wouldn’t recommend them for golfing. They require you to wrap them tightly to assist with a lift or squat. I’d recommend Old Bones Therapy knee sleeves!

No you just wrap them around your leg like an ace bandage and it supports the knee and gives you a little snap back in your deep squats or deadlifts
