Good quality mugs. The grand hildren love them.

These are versatile glasses that I’ll use mostly for cold drinks such as smoothies, iced coffee, or milk shakes. They’re made of strong, sturdy glass with an attractive textured design. The lids form quite a good seal, so they’re useful for carrying around or transporting around in a car cup holder.However, as it’s not a screw-on lid, I wouldn’t carry one around in a bag as I wouldn’t trust the lid to stay in place if the glass tipped over. I’m more likely to use one when sitting out in the garden or summer house as the lids are perfect for keeping out the wasps and flies!They each come with a lovely green glass straw and also a silicon straw, which is probably more practical than glass for taking out and about as it can be safely popped in a pocket while the cup lid is closed.The handle makes them easy to hold when they contain hot drinks. I’ve made tea and coffee in these for myself and my husband and I’ve found they are too hot to comfortably hold without a handle as a lot of heat transmits through the glass.Unfortunately, it also caused the gold embossed design to start coming unstuck on both glasses! They stuck back in place all right once the glasses had cooled, but I think it makes the glasses unsuitable for hot drinks unless you don’t mind losing the embossed design. I don’t actually think the glasses need them as they’d still be very attractive without them.I haven’t tried putting these in the dishwasher as I don’t trust the embossed design not to fall off. Otherwise, I wouldn’t see any problem in putting them in a dishwasher if it wasn't for that.

This set is very beautiful and classy. The glass itself is nice and thick and has quite a nice weight to it, you would think they were more expensive than they are. It comes with two choices of straws, a glass one and a silicone one for each cup. My only complaint is that one of the gold 'seals' was partially coming off of one cup. It was easily remedied by sticking it back on, but I worry about how long its adhesive will last. Packaging was nice and secure but I wish the box was nicer, so it can be perfect for gifting.

They are heavy and bulky. Handle just not comfortable. They are pretty. I got the set with gold emblem. Seems like they are pressed glass like the fake depression glass. Just not for me. Probably will use as a planter.

At the time of ordering these drinking glasses, they were listed at $25.99 for a pair. That's about $13 per glass. When they arrived, one arrived with a large, 1 inch chip off the top of it, and the other was missing its golden emblem. Interestingly, the large piece of chip was not anywhere inside the box with the glasses, which means it was broken before it was even packaged. They literally put a broken glass into the box to ship it out. This broken glass had its golden emblem and the emblem was applied slightly crookedly. The other glass which was not chipped was missing its emblem. I DID find the emblem in the box which turns out to be just a heavy duty sticker that is pressed on. The emblem sticker had tons of box debris, large and small, stuck to it and there was no hope of trying to re-adhere it myself. For 2 glasses at this price point I was expecting something that wasn't decorated with stickers.With all of that aside, the glass (the usable one without the sticker emblem) holds a water tight seal with exception of the straw hole. The glass is a comfortable size. I poured water into it to the point that you could still cap it, and then measured the amount of liquid inside. It holds about 12.5oz of liquid. Not a full bottle of water but most of one.Each glass comes with two straws. One straw is glass and slightly bent at the top for sipping, and the other is basically a floppy, rubber tube. It doesn't seem to me that the rubber tube is meant to fit over the glass straw, but rather the tube is a straw of its own, maybe for travel. You can smoosh it in your purse and use it anytime. And actually, this ease of storage in my purse was really appealing to me. Maybe someone else can fit the tube over the straws, but this doesn't seem feasible to me.The outside of the glasses have stunning, antique-esque texture, and the inside is completely smooth. Love it this way because glasses with texture inside them are really tough to keep clean. These are only textured on the outside.The color of the glasses is a beautiful green. I absolutely love the color. It's such a shame that they came in the condition that they did, and I also don't have much hope that it's a fluke. Like I said, the chip, the crooked sticker, and the other missing its sticker entirely..and the fact that they use stickers at all- It's too much to be coincidental.The package did come with a sweet little note inside that said if you receive a broken product or are unhappy, to contact them and they will fix it. Unfortunately, with program policy, this isn't as simple or cut and dry as one would hope, and so I'm not comfortable attempting this. I hope others have a better experience than I have, but I can only rate this on what I have personally received and what I personally need it for.
