I have worked in the school system for almost 20 years and have been given the lice notice letter at least once a year. Luckily, I have not contracted lice, yet. However, I spray my office and supplies weekly with alcohol. Now my kids are in school, so I'm even more paranoid. Just to keep my sanity, I use lice-preventative sprays at least once a week.I have been using this on myself and both my girls throughout the school year so far and it has worked great! Spray it in their hair before school and off they go. Also, love the fact that it doesn't irritate their skin or scalp. The scent is very strong, so I don't use it daily. I doubt this would treat a lice infection, but I use it as a preventative.Hope you found this review helpful!

This smells very good and is not oily when applied, though it’s effectiveness to repel lice is doubtful, there are no essential oils, or the like, recommended by the CDC to combat lice. The best method is to avoid head to head contact and not share hair brushes and accessories, you can see the CDC guidelines on their website for full details. There is no harm in using this, it smells great, its best use is probably getting your kid thinking about not catching lice when you apply it so they remember good hygiene.

The number one thing I like is that this spray does not contain any harsh chemicals. My children will be starting school for the first time soon and I have been very anxious about lice. I don’t know how big of a problem lice is these days, but I remember getting lice a few times in the 90s when I was in grade school. I want to prevent dealing with it with my children as much as possible!My first impression is that this spray is very strong. That would be due to all of the essential oils. Once sprayed to the hair it does get a lot more subtle after a few minutes. It does contain oils that I have read are supposed to repel lice. This includes eucalyptus, rosemary, lemongrass, peppermint and tea tree oil.

This is definitely a nice hair product. It has a very over powering smell. I’m hoping this spray will keep lice away. It’s on the smaller side. Down side , it was leaking alil inside the package wen I opened it. That’s the only problem I had .
