Good product for tennis elbow/tendonitis
I have been struggling with painful tennis elbow (tendonitis) caused by martial arts. My arm has been getting worse, with pain at rest and even affecting my grip. This arm band made an immediate difference as soon as I put it on. No pain from gripping and less pain at rest. I don't think I'll be taking it off any time soon! It reduces the pain from movement but doesn't take it away. It's comfortable to wear even though I pulled it pretty tight. I used the picture on the amazon listing and the diagram in the instructions leaflet to see how to position it. My arms are quite small so I worried it might be too big but it is very adjustable and fits well. I am impressed and would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and it works.
Prompt delivery. I used the elbow support strap as soon as it arrived as I had been in pain for quite a while with tennis elbow and was willing to try anything to alleviate the pain. I found it easy to use and comfortable. It also worked...it took the pain away remarkable well and it feels supportive when I need to use the arm for various tasks. I also have worn it to bed the past few nights, as I have pain then too. I also found it quite comfortable and I really did get a good night's sleep without pain. I would recommend this product as it has worked for me.

Excellent quality
Product was delivery on agreed date. Product well made. I purchased a band within this price range as recommended by a physiotherapist. However only very basic instructions provided with the support band and it took me three attempts at wearing it to workout the most comfortable position when fitting it. Additional information from a qualified practioner about how to fit the band would have been useful. Overall I am very happy with the band which is providing additional support for my arm and reduced discomfort. I am already finding it easier to cope with every day tasks.

It works!
Fits well. Velcro is nice and strong. Instant relief! Pain doesn't disappear completely, of course, but it is significantly reduced. I'm suffering with tennis elbow. Good product!

Looks good and works well.
Bought for my wife as she had recent problems with tennis elbow after some vigorous gym classes.Easy to position and use, and she has had immediate relief when wearing it.Happy to wear at the gym as well as it looks good.

Quality item, lousy instructions
This strap seems to be extremely well made but the instructions that came with it were unhelpful at most. It has a tension indicator on it but no help on how tight to tension the band. There is nothing to tell you where to sight the strap, also no helpful photos just a tiny little, hard to read "label"

Actually works!
Very happy with this tennis elbow support. I've been in agony for weeks and this has given relief at last. Well made and actually works.Very pleased.

Dodgy Chemical?
I really liked this band as it fitted well, stayed on no problem and felt like it was doing my Tennis Elbow some relief.That was until I took it off and realised that I had full on blisters where the foam pad insert was, it seems like a full on chemical burn!Not happy about this at all as I feel my arm has been subject to some sort of toxic material or chemical.Bad choice of material for the pad.
