Good taste, works great, feel better absorption via liquid.

I prefer liquid supplements over pills so I purchased this pack of magnesium. I take 2 droppers before going to bed and this formula helps me get and stay asleep. The taste/flavor is good too. Highly recommend if you want a good nights sleep.

I can’t rate this product for effectiveness because I haven’t been taking it very long. Also… it’s difficult for me to tell with supplements like magnesium if it’s working or not. I just have to put my trust in the company and the product. My only complaint is that when I opened the bottle, the dropper was missing part of the printed measurements… they were coming off in the liquid. When I touched the dropper…my fingers got smeared with black ink. So the printing on the dropper that tells you the amounts all came off into the liquid supplement. I got two bottles and they were both like that. Doesn’t give me a lot of confidence in the product and company.

Oddly kept me up at bedtime like I had sugar and caused indigestion. Moved to daytime dosing but with or without food still got the indigestion after taking. Two was a better price but regret that, threw away a whole unopened bottle and some of other after multiple tries.

Will be purchasing again, works helps me sleep and feel great.
