I built a case for my Xiegu G90 from an ammo can. I put built a walnut console. Chosing a square port for wood was not a great idea when I could have gone with round and just used a drill. As it was though, I had to cut the mortise by hand but it worked. As you can see in the photo, I did not use both port for this build. I left one empty to pass through the cord for my DigiRig. It holds up just fine though and i don’t have issues with it.I also used a set in a LiFePO4 battery box build I did. These have done just fine after a little finessing the center pin that holds both connectors in. This works just fine.

These worked out great. They did come with connectors. One of the reviews mentioned that they could not connect them together. Looking at the connectors, the locking pin was floating high which did prevent this, however, I was able to push them down enough that once I inserted the pins, they worked fine.I connected these to my solar charger. I will be replacing the solar panel connections with a PT60 connector to match my panel, and adding a power switch in a few days when they come in.Overall happy with these. There are pins you can insert to lock them in place.

I received item reading reviews that the Anderson connectors were NOT included. Mine had some plastic look-alike connectors and wire crimp contacts included, but the plastic wannabe things that look like Anderson connectors are garbage. They do not mate with a real Anderson, heck, they do not even mate with themselves. Well, I did not expect them, so no big deal. Too bad they cannot be recycled into something useful.

They work OK but I didn't care for how they fit in a chase opening well. The opening width was the same as the unit. and can leave an unsightly gap along the edge. Some designer wasn't thinking..

The flange that is supposed to cover the hole on the mounting location is too small and there is no way to completely hide the mounting hole. Their picture of the unit is angled in such a way to make it look like there is a flange, so that was misleading. If the flange was 2mm larger all the way around the perimeter you could make a clean install, but it's not so your left with a somewhat cheesy looking fit. Also I think the steel pin that holds jacks together should of been longer. And there weren't any powerpoles, and again I was somewhat lazy and didn't read the reviews. They stated in the ad that it was 45 amp plugs, which is impossible without the jack and the contacts. Just saying. I will put these units onto the back of the power supply and look elsewhere for jacks for the front. This could have easily been a 5 star deal if it had a bigger flange, and without the misleading advertising.

These power pole plugs are great. I installed them in our camp trailer to plug in higher current devices than the normal 10 amp plugs they installed. They are high quality, and the plugs are spaced out, making it easy to use them.
