Great product no stretch to it. Versatile, easy to use and worth the money. Only problem is the driver delivered my package and some of the neighbors packages to the wrong address. Drivers for Amazon seem to either be in a hurry or are very careless.

Works great
I’m using due to a knee injury. Product is well made you can tell from the stitching, great quality product. Definitely helps with stretching exercises. Would recommend this for everyone for recovery process and injury prevention

Great tool for recovery from knee replacement surgery.
This is a simple tool, but very helpful after you've had a knee replacement. Also good for some of the exercises that help with rehab after surgery.

Great after knee surgery
I purchased this strap to help improve flexibility in my legs and yes, it’s great for that. But I had no idea how helpful it would be after knee replacement surgery! This strap was essential in helping me lift and lower my leg onto the bed and sofa when the very thought of moving or bending my leg was excruciating.This strap is also helping me regain knee flexibility post op.

Easy for this Grandma with no abs or strength to use
Easy to use, Durable, Great Quality. This is so easy! I like to keep this nearby so I see it and when I feel like using it I can do a few minutes of exercises. Easy to use on floor, bed or in a chair. Great resistance exercise for me. I have bad knees and candles and definitely recommend for anyone. Have fun!
