Q: Will the large tote hold a laptop, more specifically a Microsoft surface?

Not likely and it wouldn’t be very well protected. This is a very nice bag, but more suited for a collection of smaller items like phones, checkbooks, wallets, and a small bottle of soda/water.

Q: Does anyone have the measurement for the inside pocket of the large tote? The water bottle one.

Don't know the measurements but I have put a 20oz. Bottle of Gatorade in n it fits perfect with the zipper closed.
