This Ezona Heated Eye Mask works great to relieve eye strain & otherwise tired eyes!My ophthalmologist suggested using a heated eyemask to help with an eye problem I was having. It had never occurred to me to apply heat to my eyes. But, oh how comfy!The mask has microbeads that help form the mask to your eye shape & provide good contact. And, the band is adjustable to fit the size of your noggin, making it really nice if you have a headache.The mask has a removable cover with velcro closure that allows it to be washed for sanitary purposes. It can also be dampened to provide a moist compress.The mask has a timer that can be set up to 60 minutes. It has three heat settings: low, med, & high.There is a USB charging cable without an adapter. The cord is approxiately six feet long; making it long enough to reach from a chair to an electronic device that has a usb port or usb adapter/outlet.

this was recommended for me to use to help with eye dryness and a random stye. It WORKS! easy to use and super comfortable. Beats putting a messy wet compress on. Love the adjustable temps and times are what the dr advised.

This mask works so much better than the one I returned. It lays on my face without a bulky battery laying on one eye. It is comfortable and does the job. I typically set it for 30 minutes on the medium setting. Sometimes I fall asleep, but since it has an automatic shut off it is fine.The strap is adjustable so I can make it a comfortable fit. Good size, covers my eyes well.My only problem, and why I took away a star, it does not come with an electric plug. What?! I have to plug the USB into the plug from my Samsung tablet in order to plug it into the electric socket. Why they would sell this without a plug is beyond me.

Ezona heated eye mask is the best Eye mask I have tried! I have used it twice a day for 1 month now. After trying 4 other types of heated eye masks (for dry eye treatment), I can honestly say the Ezona (with cover) is my favorite because of all the conveniences. It is lightweight, easy to clean (if you purchase the one with cover), portable, and a consistent temperature. No more running to the microwave to keep heating it!I remember reading in the reviews that a couple people had issues with the power. I discovered that it depends on what kind of power source you use... Since it does not come with the power box (just a usb cord) you may have to unplug and re plug it into a PORTABLE power source to reset it. I've had to do that when using a power bank but not when using an electric surge protector. But being able to use a power bank (I actually use my hand warmers as a power bank) makes it so very convenient to take it with me anywhere I go!As for the heat - it does get hot but one should take responsibility for themselves, if it's too hot on your face then take it off. I appreciate that it has a timer I just wish it had a 20 minute timer as that is how long I need to keep it on for dry eyes. Right now I have to choose between 15 and 30 minutes - though it can go up to 45 or 60 minutes, which IF on HIGH temp, I can see it causing a burn. Love this video from ophthalmologist Dr Michael Chua doing his own warm compress experiments (search it in YouTube "4 natural dry eye treatments that ACTUALLY WORK")Also I highly recommend that you pay the extra $2-3 to get the cover, as the heated mask part cannot be washed easily and it's so simple to throw the cover in the washing machine. I would also recommend closing/securing the velcro together and placing in a lingerie bag before washing. Then I let it air dry. Hope you are just as happy with it as I have been. 😊

Be careful! I smelled burning and the eye mask became hotter and hotter. I removed it from my face and noticed a small burn mark had appeared on the fabric, by this point it was too hot to touch. I immediately unplugged and, once it cooled down, I could feel it was crunchy. I’m curious, so I opened it up and discovered the connector to the heating element had melted the plastic connector and so the eye mask began to get hotter and hotter.I had loved this device: had used it consistently for over six months and recommended it to everyone. But, considering I use it in bed, as I fall asleep, I’m now scared. If I hadn’t noticed the electrical burning small first, it would have burned me or, worse yet, set my bedding and house on fire. This is extremely dangerous and needs better Q/A with improved insulation and connections.

First of all, this is a wonderful product that has made caring for my dry eyes so much more easy and effective. There is constant heat at level you select for time increments you select. No cooling, just constant heat. I wear this eye mask while doing my morning stretches or at night while falling asleep. If I set it for 15 minutes, the heat stops and product goes off at 15 minutes. So reliable and so effective.AND there is great service from the EZona folks. The USB plug broke, I contacted EZona, and customer service sent a complete replacement Heated Eye Mask right away.Also, the mask comes in a low profile box that is sturdy and perfect for safely transporting in my suitcase. I have told so many about this product, without reservation.

This heated my eyes nicely, was comfortable, and shut off after 15 minutes but it had a short cord which did not work for me because that made it hard to sleep on my side. So I sent it back

My optometrist wants me to use this at least once a day because my eyes are so dry. I haven't noticed that they are less dry after using this for the past month, but it feels wonderful! I use it on the high setting and it gets very warm. I leave it on for 15 minutes just before I go to sleep. It is very relaxing. When I feel it starting to cool, I remove it and go to sleep. Wonderful!
