Easy to swallow small pill has extra vitamins. Good amount of vitamin D
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I think this is a good vitamin D supplement. It also has A,, K and E vitamins. I haven’t taken that much yet, but I do feel better.

This is easy to swallow and very good for your heart health
It’s a great product. I just had a cardiac stress test done ordered by my cardiologist and he said I did great. I feel better since taking it for only a couple of months.

it was free with mu purchase of algaecel... this product has arrested my osteopenia! My numbers are slightly better and definitely not getting worse for the past three years!

Good, but Im worried lol
Im willing to give it 5 stars because Im trying to trust the company. I will have blood work (labs) done next week at a doctor's appointment that I can compare to older labs from a few months ago. So we shall see...The reason I feel skeptical is due to how TINY these softgels are. The smallest softgel I have ever seen. And unlike some weird people, I have no issue swallowing my supplements & medicine. So for me, being tiny is a concern. How the heck am I to believe that 1,000 UI's of vitamin A, 1,000 UI's of vitamin D, 2.83 mg of vitamin E in one form & another 25mg & 50 mg of other vitamin E forms, 1,000 mcg (833% of daily value) Vitamin K1, and 4,550 mcg total of K2 ... ARE ALL FITTING INTO ONE ITTY-BITTY, BARELY THERE SOFTGEL?!Maybe that is possible, and my mind just can not wrap itself around the idea that so much stuff can be packed into something so extremely small. But we shall see.They obviously go down easily. No taste. No sick stomach. No issues at all, other than I just dont understand how that much can be in something so little. Im worried Im not getting the amount of vitmains it claims Im getting each day.

Easy to take D3 and K2 Vitamins
Very easy to take vitamins for bone strength, but my problem is that it gave me heartburn. I can't take it because of that but I'm sure others don't have the problem.
