PAY ATTENTION: If you find that splatter gun is not firing gel balls, check that there are enough gel balls in the magazine. If the gel balls still don't shoot after filling, check to see if they are stuck in the pipes. THE REASON WHY THE SPLATTER GUN IS STUCK: 1. Due to the long storage time of the rubber balls after soaking, the small rubber balls cannot be discharged from the track normally and will accumulate in the pipeline. 2. The gel ball soaks for a long time, such as 2-3 days. After prolonged immersion, the structure of the droplet will become loose, and it is easy to rupture and become stuck. SOLUTION: 1. Pour out the gel ball, leaving the container and tubing empty 2. The gel ball should be soaked for 4 hours before use. Make sure the size is 7-8mm 3. Keep the container and tube clean when not in use, do not have gel balls in it, so as not to get stuck next time you use it

Buy this!!! Only if you want to endure a laborious process of loading the gel bals
Received the anxiously awaited toy within a week from the order date. The construction of the toy itself is splendid, no fault there; it feels good in the hand and has a solid feel to it. Pulling back the slider does take some strength and I'd attribute it possibly to the strength of the spring. It came with a micro gel ball bottle, which I'd consider keeping for decorations haha, a gel ball paper reactive target (it changes color where the gel bal hits), a silencer (which magnifies the sound instead), a pack of gel balls and an eye protector.I was eager to start shooting and lost no time loading gel balls into it minutes after I got the delivery. I was optimistic when I saw the magazine system. You can pour in the gel balls through an opening at the back through a slider. Took a while for me to actually learn additional steps were required after "loading". And this is where it sucks. After "loading" you needed to slide down another spring at the front of the magazine and coax the gels to a slit at the front which can accommodate maybe 9 or so gel balls. Then you carefully unlatch the spring. Building on this sucky factor is that when you shoot, multiple gel balls can spring out and worse case scenario you end up shooting only 2 or 3 times before you have to reload again, i.e., pull down the spring at the front to coax the gel balls in the slit. A better loading system to rack up the gel balls and increase the number of gel balls before reloading would be good. Should consider adding a longer magazine and additional magazines to increase the fun factor.
